I was prescribed this medication for sweets syndrome which is a skin condition I have that flares up randomly if the steroid cream I use doesn't work after 7 days I then go on a short course of prednisolone this really helps and my skin clears within a few days I don't have any side effects from this medication it also helps with my rheumatoid arthritis
