I had this chemo initially for OC I had a really bad anyfalactic reaction on the second cycle chest pain & shortness of breath, extreme pain in lower back, losing conciseness but within seconds the nurses reacted & administered antidote I was back to normal within 10 minutes as if it had never happened .... amazing really... I continued with Taxol for a further 4 cycles with very little side effects apart from aching limbs & fatigue
