i initially was given 4x 2mg am/pm.
i couldnt sleep, but was very glad for reduced swelling.
i dropped to 3x 2mg in am +1x 2mg pm +the results have been perfect.
if i over exert myself, i can feel a difference in needing 2x 2mg pm instead.
this has been like night +day. such a relief
