I had an operation on my foot on Saturday 25 November and had no pain until the following Monday so I took 1 tablet at about 12:30. About an hour later I felt extremely hot, wobbly and sick. At this point I didn't think it was to do with tablet, so I took another four hours later with no problems. I had a final tablet at 21:30 and within about fifteen minutes I again felt hot and sick. I had to recover downstairs for about half an hour before I felt able to climb the stairs to bed. I had a bowl in case I was sick. I have not taken any since and just had a paracetomel four times on the Tuesday and not needed anything since then.

I was given the tablets as a painkiller following surgery. Very soon after taking a tablet I began to feel quite ill and had to go and lie down for a couple of hours afterwards. I wouldn't risk trying it again but I dare say other people don't have that reaction to it. My uncle has had the same reaction, but maybe it's a family problem.
