The main side effect is drowsiness, which is an absolute benefit for me as I only take it at night and it helps combat what had been very destructive insomnia. I understand that codeine, which it contains, is addictive so I xhecked with the pharmacist who told me that the amount it contains is not enough to cause a problem. By the way I am White British - white is a colour not ethnicity. Your classifications are rubbish.

co codamol didn't do to much for the pain it did make me very constipated and uncomfortable and had to see gp to get something for the constipation so stopped using it

made me very constipated, didn't find it that effective as a pain killer

I was prescribed co codamol due to pain it helped the pain a little bit but made you very sleepy so there for I try and take it a night time. I really wouldn't recommend to take it if you dealing with machines.

i have had varying strengths of this medication as yet have not found the right balance for myself
