The time of waiting was so long , people started collapsing on the floor, the hospital become shelter for homeless alcoholic not for patients who really deserve attention.its just appalling!
2 hours waiting on a Friday evening?
I felt totally ignored. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. There was only one person waiting. I have now been for one hour and 10’s of patients have been in and out in the mean time! I asked why that was, and I was told that an “emergency” patient was admitted before me!!!
This is NOT A&E so this could not have been true.
My time is also important to me and I had a meeting I now had to cancel
I was seen by a wonderful physio named Esther Odetunde. She helped me a lot with my issues and was very respectful, communicative and kind in our communication.
Thank you Esther.
Saw Dr Hanna Kazkaz here on the 6/11/2025, in the rheumatology department for my ehlers danlos syndrome vascular.
She slows me to chat, talk about my problems and also to ask about other services too. 10/10.
I am truly delighted to say that UCLH embodies all the attributes and standards that make London exceptional. When I arrived with my one-year-old, who had a high fever, during the night shift, I was deeply impressed by the prompt and professional care we received. All the way from Titi at the front desk, to the doctors Tom and Taz, nurses Reenue and Rosaline, and the play specialist, Chloe.
It was remarkable to witness how professional, caring, and compassionate every member of the team was. Their attention to detail and depth of knowledge provided the reassurance and comfort that every parent hopes for.
Thank you once again, UCLH!
Yet again phone call on the day to cancel orhopaedic appointment at UCLH. Waiting months and months take time off work and caller says 'consultant not here'!!!! Obviously doing private work and coining a fortune in the process. No new appointment offered nothing. Original appointment said 'one of the team' so what happened to the rest of the team? An absolute total disregard to patient care, a complete disgrace.
I spent a few hours at the emergency department having tests and cannot praise the staff more highly. Such professionalism and thorough care. I arrived both nervous and in pain and left so much happier. A wonderful example of how our NHS represents the very best of compassionate humanity. Thank you
I Was in A&E for about 10 hours was taken in by ambulance handover was brilliant and quick didn't need to wait too long within a few hours had a CT scan and bloods taken one nurse in particular was excellent i think his name was sylvestor odame ?, he made sure that I had everything and even got a blanket for my wife, the care and service from all the staff were efficient and supportive i had a very positive experience in a vulnerable time!
Thank you all.
Just feedback regarding reception staff in x-ray outpatient : 4 staff members no acknowledgement of someone standing in front of them or greeting, and one young Asian lady putting on lipstick instead of seeing patient . When this was raised not one staff member acknowledged it . It may be a small thing but it’s not professional
