I am very disappointed with Nuffield Health’s handling of my recent experience. After raising a formal complaint, I expected at least acknowledgment and resolution. Instead, my concerns were ignored, and I received no meaningful response. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable for a healthcare provider that claims to prioritize patient care. I would strongly advise others to consider this before choosing Nuffield Health.

Exceptional care! Gave time, listened and responded respectfully and professionally to patient requests. Very attentive and friendly. Excellent communication and advice. The whole team are fantastic ambassadors for the hospital and make the experience as stress free and comfortable as is possible. The food was fantastic and provided by very caring staff... nothing was too much trouble. In my opinion good quality, nicely presented food aids recovery ... please pass on your skills to other hospitals that currently are unable to provide such quality.

I had a total right knee replacement on 7th June and was discharged the following afternoon. I have nothing but praise for the staff who looked after me. They were caring, respectful and friendly.

Went in on Monday 23rd for 12.30pm appointment for Lumbar spinal stenosis decompression surgery. After nursing staff settled me in to my room on Abergavenny ward I had meeting with anaesthetist and surgeon both explaining what was going to happen. I was taken to operating theatre at about 1.45pm. I woke up 3 hours later and was amazed to find I had no pain !! I was being constantly monitered by nursing staff and I was sitting up eating my pasta dinner a while later. Bryony looked after me all through the night and was constantly checking on me. I walked out of hospital after having a full English breakfast at 11 am next morning with the aid of a borrowed Zimmer frame to my transport home. Everyone seemed happy to be working there, hospital had a nice calm atmosphere. Room was great. Car Parking free and was easy to park. Mobile phone signal wasn`t great but it wasn`t a big deal for me. Thank you to everyone who looked after me.

The staff at the Nuffield Hospital were all excellent - from the reception team, the ward, the physios, catering staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and caring. They treated everyone individually. I so valued their help. My hospital room was very nice, - it was quiet and I had nice views of the trees. I needed to keep the windows open as I got hot in the room.
