I arrived at Northwick Park A&E dept at 5am, around 6am I had an ECG and blood tests and was advised it would be around 2 hours for the results, eventually moved to the main waiting area where I was called to see a doctor at 9.30, whilst waiting to see the doctor a lovely lady turned up to offer tea and coffee etc to those waiting to be seen, I was eventually seen around 1.30pm and told I would be discharged. Throughout the whole experience the staff were absolutely magnificent, they were polite and patient with some patients who were getting quite irate, I really do not know how they do it, when I was walking back to leave the hospital the waiting area was absolutely rammed with hundreds of people and I knew that all these people were going to be treated with upmost respect that I had received even though the Doctors and Nurses had been working for hours. I just wish to thank all those wonderful people for the care and attention they give to each and every patient that passes through the system, cannot praise you enough. Thank you.
I had my laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Northwick Park Hospital (Day Surgery) on 17/10/25 with Mr Qurashi and his wonderful team. I was the first patient in at 9:00 AM and received exceptional care from start to finish.
My surgery was cancelled last week, and although I was very disappointed at the time, today completely changed that. The whole team worked so hard and treated me with such kindness, professionalism, and compassion.
All the nurses were outstanding — especially Yuyun, who is truly an angel.
The care I received throughout was outstanding, all the staff in the cardiology day care unit were friendly and polite and kept me well informed throughout the day. They made a stressful experience much easier than it would otherwise have been.
I would like to thank each and everyone of them, special mention to Leo and Jacob the 2 nurses who looked after me throughout the day they were exceptional.
I had a surgery recently. I just really want to thank the whole team for all their care during a really worrying time. For a really stretched NHS system these guys really need to be commened, their care and professionalism was second to none. Thanks to you all xxxxx
I congratulate nph hospital for their care and attention to everything
Everything and everybody were absolutely excellent I give nph hospital 100% for the attention to everything May god bless them always
I had an issue with one of my hearing aids which made it impossible to wear.I contacted audiology and advised to drop off the device at reception to be picked up for an audiologist to examine. After no repair could be carried out to cure the problem i was issued with a new aid which i collected the following day. The whole process was quick and free of fuss and i am now happy to have my hearing returned.
Extremely poor or no service and treatment denied by the audiology department staff, its head and the hospital CEO by hiding behind self created unacceptable internal rules. My formal complaint was not handled correctly and the subject of complaint was not considered or answered. All I wanted was to have my hearing aids functionality checked and restored. These people refused to fix them, and these were provided by them.
Dear team
I visited Northwick Park Hospital's A&E for my son, who was experiencing significant pain and discomfort due to abdominal issues. It was disheartening to observe that your staff, from administration to doctors, were not smiling or exhibiting professionalism.
Some of your administrative staff were unwelcoming towards patients.
There are two nursing stations, yet the staff appear inexperienced, merely taking vital signs and information. They need to comprehend each patient's condition and provide appropriate support, including medication for those in pain.
The doctors seemed disinterested in listening to any concerns.
I urge you to review the A&E Department, as the experience is unpleasant for patients. Staff require training on how to address patients' needs.
I will be writing letters to the local MPS and other organizations.
Many thanks and Kind Regards
OK
