Both [name removed] and [name removed] were great, had to come back to get hearing aid rebalanced, [name removed] (hope splelt his name correctly), had adjusted but when got out it was buzzing / whistling the team managed to get [name removed] to sort this out, asked me to walk around and check if all was good. Thank you.

[name removed] the audiologist was fantastic, understood my needs, thought we had sorted it left but found my hearing started to buzz and whistles he saw me straight away adjusted it told me come back in 5 min. That’s really good service above and beyond Thank you

I was treated well and in a friendly manner by receptionist, nurse and doctor. At all stages I was kept informed. The doctor listened, answered questions in a way I could easily understand and I left with a clear idea of what to do going forward. I was very grateful for their time

The course was informative but unfortunately it overran considerably meaning I had to miss 30-40 minutes of the course.

I appreciate it’s an interactive course however some participants were frankly super annoying interjecting with their personal experiences constantly. A sheet of paper & a pencil to jot down questions for the end would have been better to prevent us from having to listen to these two individuals complete medical history and more importantly not missing the last 12 pages of the talk presentation

Appointments are always on time. Staff are so friendly and happy to help. The overall atmosphere in the hospital is calming and friendly.
