I underwent breast reduction surgery with Mr Manu Sood at The Hartwood in July 2025, and I could not be more pleased with the care and outcome. From the very first consultation, Mr Sood was exceptional. He listened carefully to my concerns, explained every aspect of the procedure clearly, and provided comprehensive literature to support my decision-making. When my surgery had to be postponed due to a family bereavement, he was extremely understanding and compassionate. The surgery itself was outstanding — the results are truly amazing, and my confidence has increased enormously. Throughout the entire process, Mr Sood was professional, empathetic, and reassuring. The aftercare provided at The Hartwood was also first-class, with attentive staff and excellent follow-up support. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Manu Sood to anyone considering breast reduction surgery. His skill, kindness, and professionalism are exceptional, and I am deeply grateful for the care I received

The nurses in the day surgery unit B448 were excellent especially Kirsty who went above and beyond in everything she done for me. She was very professional and caring and could do enough to make me feel at ease. I am so grateful to this lovely lady. My surgeon Dr Clayton has been great, so easy to talk and reassuring at this very emotional time for me. She was professional and showed compassion at all times. Much appreciated Mrs Janet Cardozo

On 13th August 2024 I had a complete Thyroidectomy at Broomfield Hospital. My consultant was Mr Maheshwar anaesthetist Alon , what an absolute marvellous team. The minute I arrived on 13th Aug to the minute I walked to theatre the team provided such care and support. My thyroid was requiring specialist anaesthetist due to the narrowing due to the goitre pressing on my airway. 2 hour surgery, Peter supported me in REcovery to the minute i finally had a bed available on Billericay Ward. A special shout our to Mr Moinie who stitched me up beautifully , yes a large incision was required approx 4" but my wound was stitched amazingly. I know its there but others remark how great it looks. Today 01.10.2024 I met my Consultant Mr Maheshwar & Mr Moinie for the first time for my Post Op review. It was lovely to thank them all.
