Mr Chitsabesan was friendly and professional. He clearly explained the three options for me (do nothing - open surgery or laparoscopic surgery) and the advantages and disadvantages of each. He helped me make a decision (in my case that was an open inguinal hernia repair) and carried it out successfully at the Nuffield Hospital.
I have just completed my post-op review one month later and again, received an thorough explanation of how the repair was done, and answered all my questions.
I could not have experienced better service, both from Mr Chitsabesan and the Nuffield. Thanks to the whole team.
