Mr Osman-Farah is a wonderful doctor who takes time to listen to the patient and is very respectful and courteous. His knowledge is absolutely unsurpassed in my view, and his obvious dedication to his work is both amazing and, as the patient, extremely reassuring. My condition, Trigeminal Neuralgia, was “life-changing” at the onset. But with Mr Osman-Farah as my Neurosurgeon I was able to receive surgery to remove a brain tumour in 2021 which immediately took away the intense pain I had endured for 3 years previously. In addition, his clinical team at The Walton Centre were absolutely wonderful and I was always aware during my three admissions that I was being looked after by an expert group of clinicians. The whole team of staff at this hospital are excellent from the very top right down to the domestics, and I cannot fault any of the people and staff I met there. I cannot think of anything constructive to suggest how the patient experience might be improved upon because the whole time I was an inpatient I was 100% happy with every detail of my care. After surgery and recovery I literally felt like I had been “given my life back” and I have continued to thrive purely because of that episode of care. I am an ongoing patient on a 12 month recall, and I am so grateful to know that I am able to contact Mr Osman-Farah at any time between the annual recall process should I have any issues relating to my condition. Mr Osman-Farah’s medical secretary is also a very warm, efficient lady, and extremely helpful and thorough in her role.
