Today, I had my first consultation with Mr Lee. By the end of the session, I felt reassured on what the future holds for me and confident that Mr. Lee will give me the right and best treatment for my condition. He explained all of my test results and the treatments that could be considered or dismissed and why.
I found Mr. Lee to be pleasant, but professional and he gave me the chance to ask questions throughout.

Superb advice from expert in neuro-urological condition for my spinal injury .
Took time to listen carefully to my concerns and answer each question carefully .
Approachable and empathetic
Had dealt with my condition in 2007 and 2012 on separate occasions and attention to detail and conscientious attention to follow up were also excellent
His team of urological nurses were also excellent in their support of my condition on the ward with time for education and support

I spoke with Mr Lee for a telephone consultation he came across as very pleasant and helpful in discussing my bladder issues.
He gave an honest opinion of the options available to me and listened to my response with compassion and empathy
