Frank is an exceedingly considerate doctor and someone whose expertise is worn lightly, but shines very noticeably through. This is very reassuring to patients. He also takes sufficient time to make sure that there is a sufficient level of explanation and understanding at each step of examination, discussion of options and planning and that patients and carers are aware of the risks involved in each intervention (or in not intervening). The above generates great trust and rapport with patients, as I have observed from the perspective of a carer.

Frank was very sympathetic when I had my medical problem in the middle of the pandemic. He went out of his way to sort me out and get me better. He always kept checking up to see how I was and if things were progressing well. I received thoroughly excellent care with Frank and would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
