We are incredibly grateful to Miss Rees for the outstanding care she provided to my daughter. From our very first appointment, she was kind, compassionate, and professional. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure we both fully understood the diagnosis, the procedure, and what to expect. We never once felt rushed — she always made time for our questions and answered both mine and my daughter’s concerns in detail. Although the tumour turned out to be larger than previous scans had indicated, the operation went extremely well, which is a testament to her skill and expertise. The aftercare has also been excellent. The surgical incision is clean and neat, and the healing process has been very smooth. Miss Rees combines technical excellence with genuine care and empathy, and we feel very fortunate to have had her as my daughter’s surgeon. We would highly recommend her.

I have met Claire twice now, she has taken great care of my 4 year old on both occasions. Talking with him and making sure that he understands, as well as ensuring that I have all the information as the parent of the patient. She is always very friendly and I had total confidence in her and the procedure that she performed. She came and spoke to me afterwards, answered all of my questions and was friendly, professional and polite. I cannot rate her any higher. She has provided excellent care to my child. Thank you

Miss Rees repaired my infant son’s hernias. I greatly appreciated her friendly yet straightforward, and pragmatic approach. I found her extremely reassuring. She quickly identified what the issue was, outlined the plan for surgery and everything was as stress free as can be expected. I highly recommend Miss Rees for anyone in a similar position.

My 5 years old daughter had a hernia surgery on 17th April. The doctor Miss Clare Ress was doing the operation. I found her extremely polite and kind. It was lovely experience for me as a mother to meet such a warm person. This type of attitude is needed when we are in hospital therefore I wanted to say thank you for great service including doctors, nurses who looked after my daughter during the hours we spent in hospital.
