I visit Dr Read for a very thorough annual review around my birthday. Several years ago I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes but with my GP's advice and support I was able to simply reverse my type 2 diabetes by dietary and lifestyle changes instead of using medication. All natural and completely free, with no drugs, no surgery, no cost!
