I found him totally professional while being friendly and helpful.
Very helpful explaining what the diagnosis meant in terms of future treatment - comparing surgical treatment with a more conservative approach.
he had plenty of time to talk me through the surgical option - likely days in hospital and expected time of recovery.
I left the initial consultation feeling very confident that I would be in safe hands.
