My late wife was a patient of Robin Jones for almost 3 years following an operation on her leg by M r Straus.The cancer spread to her lungs. Robin Jones and his team were marvellous,very professional, very approachable. Robin Jones was obviously a good team leader and set a high standard of patient care himself. We were always impressed by his dedication to his calling .Nothing was too much trouble and he was available for contact 24/7. I had to stop my wife sending emails towards the end of the week as they would invariably be answered over the weekend when off duty away from the hospital.He had an excellent believable and approachable manner. Everybody at the hospital we came into contact with, other patients,nurses, non medical staff all had a good word to say about Robins ability, manner, aproachability. I cannot imagine anyone failing to realise what an asset he is to Sarcoma management.
