since our discussion re my possible knee replacement I am having more trouble with big toe pain can you recommend someone who is upto date with this type of surgery please as I do not think this is in your field. Many thanks for your helpful advice on my knee problem Regards W.D.Palethorpe

Thank you, it was nice to meet you. I keep up with the table tennis ! I would recommend Mr Ashok Marudanayagam for your big toe, he is a great colleague of mine.
