The first time I went see Professor Chinoy was in July and he was attentive from the onset. Tests and diagnosis was prompt and clear. Initial treatment was extremely helpful as I was in a great deal of discomfort. He suggested possible ultra sound guided tendon sheath injections. I was initially reluctant but further pain and swelling ensued. My osteopath had suggested another issue which I shared with the Professor. He examined me further. He listened and responded accordingly. He even took time out to ring me personally following my further enquiries. I decided to go with the injections.
I had the injections done by Dr Anand Kirwadi who was brilliant as well as the nurse who was great. I suffer from anxiety and they were super supportive. That was very important to me. The outcome was absolutely fantastic. Pain relief within 24 hours. To be honest I couldn't believe how much relief I had. A big thank you to Professor Chinoy and his team at the Spire Manchester
