Mr Ghanchi was warm, friendly , welcoming and reassuring . I was nervous of the process but he explained carefully and gave me confidence. Everything went well and the follow up information I was given was excellent . The whole experience was actually quite pleasant because of the concern and care shown to me . I would certainly recommend Mr Ghanchi as someone extremely professional and very supportive .
