I was fortunate to be admitted to the Nuffield Hospital as an NHS patient for a gall bladder operation after experiencing several acute episodes of painful flare ups which were very debilitating. On the day of my surgery I was appointed my nurse named Donna who explained what would be happening pre and post operation and that Professor Lloyd would also see me pre and post operation.
I appreciate the care and expertise I experienced that day as every member of staff put me at ease so by the time the anesthetists came to collect me I was prepared and ready for the operation. After the operation Professor Lloyd explained that the operation went well and Nurse Donna gave me my post operative paperwork and medication to ensure that I continued with the recovery. 2 Weeks later I am feeling well on the way to total fitness and cant thank everyone enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!
