Took the appropriate history, both specific and general. Recommended treatment and management discussed. Placed on the operative waiting list for laparoscopic abdominal surgery. Saw me pre-operatively; surgery performed uneventfully; saw me post-operatively and offered me his mobile phone number for any necessary contact.
