I had been having some serious issues with my Gall bladder, after numerous meetings with my own doctors, i was finally put in touch with Prof Lloyd, he was excellent from the first consultation, through to surgery and after care,
he fully explained the process involved and his team on the day of surgery was fantastic, from the team on the ward, who made sure I was ok, a great pre op meeting with the Anesthetist, who again fully explained the process and what he was going to do,
The operation itself went great and at the follow up consultation , again everything was explained and throughout the whole process I was at ease.
