Professor Lloyd straight away made me feel comfortable and is not only a great listener but exudes confidence which out me at ease.
The explanation of the procedure was given and I was very happy to go ahead.
From the initial consultation I was operated on a week later and felt fully recovered only a few days later. So much so that I was possibly doing more than I should have as I felt able to do so and I had zero pain.
I cant express fully how pleased I am at the level of professional care I received.
