I was very aprehensive about having this hernia operation done,
but Professor Lloyd was perfect, explaining simply what would be done,
making me feel like there was nothing to worry about. which is exactly
what I needed in that moment. and now 3 weeks later I realise I had
been worrying for nothing. I'm so glad I saw Professor Lloyd that day.
