I was dreading this appointment as I thought I was seeing the locum consultant I had seen previously- he stared at the computer screen the entire time I was in the consulting room and did not seem at all interested- so it was a very pleasant surprise to be greeted by Ms Hart.
I could go on for a long time about how good she is but the bottom line is she cares and is brilliant at her job.
