Our first appointment with Ms Fallico was to review my daughters cleft lip and palate at about 8 weeks old. We were quite nervous of the thought of our baby having surgery but we were warmly welcomed into the clinic room by Ms Fallico and made to feel at ease. Since our first meeting our daughter has had her lip op and we have consented for palate op. Ms Fallico clearly explained each procedure and answered our questions. We have felt reassured and well informed both in clinic, on the ward and in the recovery room. We loved our daughters first smile and now nearly 3 months post lip op and we are delighted to see her forever smile. Thank you Ms Fallico!
