This is a truly exceptional doctor. Following a traumatic accident causing what can only be described as the destruction of my elbow I've been under his care for almost a year. He's warm, friendly and approachable. He explains carefully, clearly and in simple terms what he thinks, never acts like he's above you and is always happy to listen to you. His best quality, though, is his complete and utter determination to get the best outcome possible for you, and that can have such a positive effect on your recovery. There are times when I've felt demoralised, like there's no light at the end of the tunnel, but a visit to Mr Michla is a proper tonic. I have total faith in him, and I know that if we don't get the outcome we're hoping for, it won't be for want of trying
