I found Dr Ndjavera very friendly and informative. He answered all my questions clearly and concisely and not perfunctorily. He described what was happening during the examination and explained the options for further treatment of my condition. He offered what he considered to be the best course of action while making it clear that it was ultimately my choice. There is one criticism. It is very small and easily dealt with: both the doctors I saw sat facing there computer screens as I entered the room. The first appeared to be unaware of my presence for quite a good few seconds. Dr Ndjavera for a much shorter period. I am not royalty but have to admit that it was a little disconcerting to stand waiting while the nurse bustled around. I am not a nervous person but I imagine someone worried about their condition might find themselves worrying even more. Could not the doctors ask the patients to come in when they are ready to greet them. First impressions do count even if both of the doctors who saw me were in fact very friendly.
