I have seen Doctor Will Aston in private Platinum Medical Centre, Wellington Hospital (HCA) on 11/01/24. His examination was good, clear and reassuring. However, he wanted me to see a physio due to a particular problem in my knee as he believed physio would help, and he was going to write a letter to me so I can share with the physio so they understand the issue and know what to do. It’s been 2 weeks and I havent received anything although I was chasing up his PA. It’s really unprofessional and it really stops you from trusting him and taking him seriously as a doctor. I dont think he even writes the letter but just does a dictation and sends to his PA - that’s what his PA said and although it’s not an excuse it shouldnt take that long even if you’re busy. Plus, you’re a doctor! It’s really shameful!
