Mr Douie took great care of me when I was at deaths door in 2004. He was honest and factual about expectations to my family at that time and me after initial and subsequent operations. He even came in to see me and resolve an issue I had with my end ileostomy on Xmas day when he wasn't due to work. An amazing surgeon and very pleasant and modest chap.
I could not rate him more highly.
