My treatment with Dr Elsaify started at James cook, after a serious of ultrasounds and biopsies I met with Dr Elsaify to discuss treatment plan which ended up being surgery to remove a lump and half of thyroid
From the minute I met him he put me at ease, he was fantastic, explained everything thoroughly and added an element of humour to make me feel more relaxed, there was a small risk of cancer so I did get teary but Dr Elsaify was brilliant - everything he explained to me, including timescales went exactly as discussed
On the day of surgery his treatment was no different, he saw me pre surgery, post surgery and the following day before being discharged and I felt totally at ease in his capable hands
I did notice how highly the other staff also spoke of him during all of my appointments! He works such long shifts and is always happy to help
