Mr Vijay Gangalam was very pleasant and went through the procedure with me explaining what would happen. During the procedure he answered any questions I had, explaining as he went along. At times there was a little discomfort as expected but I was at ease with him and the nurse as we all chatted occasionally. Again, my grateful thanks.
