I first saw Mr Jaffe when I had two benign lumps investigated and found his approach very reassuring, so when I had cancer diagnosed years later, I chose to return to his care at Chase Farm Hospital. I have no regrets. He is one of the best communicators, I have come across anywhere, kind, honest, clear, unrushed, reassuring, and humorous. But he also promotes team work and I have found his colleagues also reflect his approach.
