my 82 year old mother had been poorly for 5 weeks without being able to establish a diagnosis or treatment. She was in a lot of pain and my family were at our wits end. We requested a review by Mr Mishra and were amazed when he was able to accurately diagnose my mother within the first few minutes of our (virtual) consultation. Not only is he clearly an excellent and knowledgeable clinician, he was also such a pleasure to consult with - he listened carefully; asked good questions; and was happy to discuss and share his thought process. He recommended that we act quickly to get my mum admitted to hospital and provided us with the necessary referral letter within a few hours. As a result we were able to go to our local a and e and access the appropriate care. My family are all extremely grateful to mr Mishra.
