Mr Mishra has talked me through each step of my treatment process very clearly and made complicated things easy to understand. He has a very nice manner about him with an obvious kind and caring nature which has been reassuring. He has always been accessible and contactable; when I have had follow questions he has swiftly got back to me. I feel I can trust him completely to give me the right advice and recommend the right course of action. While it is a shame that, due to the current covid-restrictions, it has not been possible for us to meet in person, I have found that our phone conversations have worked well and our meetings on Zoom have also.
