Due to the lockdown I had a telephone consultation with Mr. Mishra. I found him to be genuinely caring, kind and patient and I immediately felt at ease. He made time to listen to me. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. But more importantly I did not feel like I was a number on his patient list. A thoroughly considerate and knowledgeable consultant.
