On Monday 7th November I had an appointment with a Doctor in Dr. Shatkar's team.
He was very thorough and made every attempt to organise my C T Scan which I have been waiting for since June..
Several telephone calls were unsuccessful.
Upon his suggestion I went back to Outpatients Team 4 to explain the situation. They suggested requesting a priority report from him.
I went back to see him and told him what they suggested.
He obviously did as I have an appointment for my C T scan on Sunday 13th December.
My most grateful thanks to this Doctor (sorry , did not get his name) I would be most obliged if you would pass on my most heartfelt thanks to him. I am sure you can find out who he is through yours records.
