Mr Minas put me at my ease immediately. He was extremely thorough and made sure he had all the information needed plus allowed me to voice extra concerns. He made sure my husband and I understood the situation and all our options and explained everything in detail. He was respectful of our wishes and made sure he understood our priorities. From the initial consultation to the aftercare Mr Minas was always available to us and we felt extremely supported.
