Mr Butt recently operated on my mother's shoulder. He was very clear in explaining what treatment he was advising and how he would perform the surgery. He listened to all our concerns and addressed them appropriately. We had the utmost confidence in his surgical abilities and have been delighted with the results. He has an excellent bedside manner
