From the moment I entered the department I felt completely safe with the social distancing arrangements. Everyone in the department was careful and caring. They were friendly and I was not left alone without being asked if I was okay and did I need anything. Mr Patel was pleasant and friendly and also very professional. He remembered me from last time which is a great confidence booster! He explained exactly what he was going to do and he painlessly removed the stitch in an instant! I am very very grateful to Mr Patel because I can see!!! You won’t know what that means until it happens to you.
