I was nervous about having surgery after having many previously. I was immediately put at ease and given multiple options in what I wanted to do. I went with surgery and was handled with such care and even though barely a week out, I am out of pain that I had not even recognised and have more movement in my shoulder.
What was most important though was I was believed. Have had so many times where I was told it was in my head but now I know it isn’t. I understand how to manage my symptoms better. Thank you for making me feel so much better not only physically but mentally too.
