As a very concerned and apprehensive out patient, I and my husband were made to feel very much at ease, each step of the procedure that morning was explained clearly and concisely. The doctor was kind and very reassuring and examined me with courtesy.
He identified a blocked gland in my breast and after further tests of ultra sound and a mammogram , this was corroborated.
I was pleased and surprised at the quick and efficient yet compassionate manner that I received.
