I had a consultation with Mr Abdullah on 23rd January. The efficiency of the whole department was of a very high standard and the Nursing staff all very welcoming and friendly. I was actually seen ahead of my appointment time, having arrived early due to transport availability.. Mr Abdullah was very pleasant and listened to my concerns about symptoms whilst conducting a thorough questioning, followed up by a thorough examination. I was then sent for a mammogram with a very pleasant lady and asked to wait for the results. When results came back, I was sent back to see Mr Abdullah to discuss any findings (luckily, none) and given healthcare advice.
On leaving his care, Mr Abdullah shook my hand.
I thought you had to go private to get one of those!
Altogether very impressed with the speed, efficiency and kindness shown in this department. The NHS at it's best.
