I had a consultation with Mr Abdullah on 23rd January. The efficiency of the whole department was of a very high standard and the Nursing staff all very welcoming and friendly. I was actually seen ahead of my appointment time, having arrived early due to transport availability.. Mr Abdullah was very pleasant and listened to my concerns about symptoms whilst conducting a thorough questioning, followed up by a thorough examination. I was then sent for a mammogram with a very pleasant lady and asked to wait for the results. When results came back, I was sent back to see Mr Abdullah to discuss any findings (luckily, none) and given healthcare advice. On leaving his care, Mr Abdullah shook my hand. I thought you had to go private to get one of those! Altogether very impressed with the speed, efficiency and kindness shown in this department. The NHS at it's best. Thank you.
