I received treatment from Mr valsamakis back in September 2022 two Procedures I was told would take two hours it ended up being Five hours one procedure was to open my nostril the other was to remove a lamp from the other side of my nose he told me he could open my nostril from inside meaning No scar but if I get the lamp remove the would be I scar under my nose I agree too about aweek or so after my procedure I developed an affection I try to Contact he's NHS Receptionist a Number of times she never call me back I ring 111 who put me in touch with a walk in centre who help me out with Treatment Shortly afterwards I started to get Concerned about my nose I Notice the lump he Was supposed to remove was back I try for Literally weeks to get in contact with he's NHS RECEPTION After weeks she ring me back and got me a appointment to see him so the of the appointment come I share my Concerns with him he agree with them and Apologised a number of times say he did it Wrong the lump he was supposed remove he push down and Stitch it and put something over he now Expect me to wait to wait 4 months for the remaining swelling to go down so he can re do it all again and he told he could do it from inside so I ask y didn't you did from inside from the Beginning I wouldn't have I scare I said he Apologised again and said he done it wrong Not only do I have a scar under my nose Which is unnecessary but where he's pulld my the stitch to Tight the something Sticking in to my tip

I am sorry of the infection you developed post-operatively which among others is one of the risks any patient can unfortunately encounter. This alone can affect the outcome. I am always happy to meet with you, review the outcome, discuss all issues and help you of the way forward.
