A huge thank you Mr Ayakannu for your outstanding care and professionalism - You gave me the confidence I needed and the surgery I needed. You are a very kind and considerate person who without your knowledge and expertise and that of your team the world would be in a far worse state. I will never be able to thank you enough and if any person's out there are concerned about having surgery - then don't be - you will be in wonderful and safe hands with Mr Ayakannu.
