Mr Abdul was very professional and explained the procedure, asked for my consent to video my operation for teaching purposes which I didn’t mind. I just wish he would talk a little bit slower and he talks very quickly and I think you could take the information in quicker if he just slowed his speech down a little. Other than that no complaints.
