Mr El-Shunnar is possibly the most friendly person I have met since my problems began over three years ago. Unable to get a face to face appointment with the doctor, I've done a great deal of research about the possible causes for the symptoms. I wish I had consulted with him sooner. He really listened when I explained about the chronic cough, tinnitus, throat discomfort, nasal problems etc and didn't patronise my efforts to research causes and the lifestlye changes I had adopted to try to effect a cure. I was able to talk to him about the things that I had learned through my research and it was comforting to know I had learned so much through it. Basically he didn't dismiss it. After checking my ears and performing a layngoscpy, the feedback he gave me was very reassuring. Mr El-Shunnar has set up a treatment plan which is working. I seem to get better almost on a daily basis. He has taken the trouble to explain what each of the medications and treatment does so that I am able to manage my own health.
